Twenty-First Century (21CCC) focuses on the SMB market (organizations with 100 or fewer workstations). Each staff member maintains one or more areas of expertise beyond the common set of abilities expected of all staff members. We operate as a team, but with considerable individual autonomy.

Inside Sales Associate (Entry level)

This person will make sales calls and appointments for the CEO by telephone and e-mail to potential clients.  Our sales approach is consultative and collaborative--never aggressive or pushy.  The goal is to qualify and make appointments with the proper client decisionmaker.  Hourly wage plus commission and bonus.  Starting wage depends on qualifications.  The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to generate call and e-mail lists, make calls and follow-up, with a tirelessly pleasant, unflappable demeanor.
