Help Desk
We work with people every day to help them be more productive using Microsoft software. We answer "how to" questions, resolve "It won't do this" problems and help you with "This is what I need to accomplish" challenges. If we don't know the answer right off, we'll research it, test it and get back to you.
During an incident, we can even connect to your machine remotely, if needed. Once connected, we can see your screen while you show us the problem. You can even give us permission to take control of your PC and fix it for you while you watch your mouse move across your screen!
We support all versions of the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office software suite including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, FrontPage, etc.
And don't worry--we're not working in some huge, impersonal cube farm call center. We're a small workgroup focused on helping people in organizations do their work. You'll get to know our staff and we'll get to know you and the work you do.
(If your organization already has a support contract with us, you do not need to purchase Help Desk incidents.)
